Receptionist

PGS Law is looking to appoint an experienced full-time Receptionist to join its busy team in South Shields.

Main responsibilities

·        Answering telephones, taking messages, and transferring calls

·        First point of contact for clients and third parties

·        Greeting clients

·        Booking appointments

·        Photocopying and scanning

·        Processing client payments

·        Client biometric ID checks

The ideal candidate will have

·        At least one years’ experience in reception duties, preferably in a legal setting

·        A good telephone manner with the confidence to speak with clients in person and on the telephone

·        Highly organised and presentable

·        Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

·        Good computer skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and case management systems.
