Leslie is the Head of our Property Team and is based at the Newcastle Office. He qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a Partner since 1987. With over 20 years experience of acting in all types of property transactions – including acting for developers in the acquisition and sale of development land as well as for private clients in domestic transactions - Leslie has an extensive knowledge of the property market and is an extremely well respected and well regarded property lawyer within the North East. Leslie is a member of the Law Society Property Section.
Keith qualified in 1996 and is the youngest partner in
the firm. He acts for a number of professional property
investors and also undertakes commercial property
transactions including the acquisition and sale of
businesses. Keith manages the South Shields Property
Team and is responsible for the implementation of the
case management system and the development of the
firm’s e-conveyancing strategy.
Stuart qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and, during his career, has gained extensive experience of dealing with all types of property transactions including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property for private
individuals, companies and investors.
Leanne is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in domestic property transactions and remortgages.
