  • Initial Advice Session - £200.00 plus VAT at 20% (£40.00) £240.00 in total
  • Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements - £150.00 plus VAT at 20% (£30.00) £180.00 in total
  • Section 21 Notices - £125.00 plus VAT at 20% (£25.00) £150.00 in total • Issuing Accelerated Possession Proceedings - £350.00 plus VAT at 20% (£70.00) £420.00 in total
  • Section 8 Notices (for rent arrears only) - £125.00 plus VAT at 20% (£25.00) £150.00 in total
  • Issuing Section 8 Possession Proceedings - £300.00 plus VAT at 20% (£60.00) £360.00 in total
  • Witness Statement in Section 8 Possession Proceedings - £200.00 plus VAT at 20% (£40.00) £240.00 in total
  • Preparation of the Court Hearing Bundle in Section 8 Proceedings - £200.00 plus VAT at 20% (£40.00) £240.00 in total
  • Attendance at Court Hearings – £300.00/£400.00 plus VAT at 20% (£60.00/£80.00) £360.00/£480.00 in total depending on which Court
