I was born and raised in South Shields and I am naturally proud that I can help people from the town and beyond to own their own homes. I joined PGS Law from school and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006. In 2009 I qualified as a solicitor and have worked in the Property Department since.
I have a thriving domestic conveyancing practice and extensive knowledge of the local property market. I work closely with other local property professionals and have built close relationships with local estate agents to ensure I provide the best possible service to my clients.
I understand the local area well and its different types of housing and can assist with your council house purchases, matrimonial transfers, new build and plot purchases to include the Help to Buy Scheme, shared ownership leases, lease extensions and remortgages. 
Fully understanding the stress of moving house, I am extremely approachable and I keep clients fully updated during the process. Sometimes problems can arise during the sale or purchase process and I will let my clients know immediately when this happens, explaining any delays and guiding them to find the right solutions.

Qualifications

I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 and following completion of additional exempting ILEX exams, passed the Legal Practice Course in 2008. I was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009.
