Employment Law is a rapidly expanding
area and our specialist Team of expert solicitors is
experienced in handling cases on behalf of
both employers and employees in the
following areas:
- Dismissals (unfair or wrongful)
- Discrimination including sex, race and disability
- Redundancy
- Equal pay
- Breach of contract
- Unlawful deductions from wages
- Transfer of undertakings
- Advice on Compromise Agreements (severance packages)
- Preparation of Contracts of Employment
It is often the case that disputes can be
resolved without the need of going to court
or tribunal and, where it is its clients’ best
interests to do so, the Team will seek to
reach a negotiated settlement. However,
should it be necessary to take a claim to
court or tribunal then you can be assured
that the team of advocates at Patterson,
Glenton & Stracey will dedicate themselves
to preparing and presenting your case as
skilfully as possible ensuring it maximises
the prospects of your claim succeeding.
