We have been increasingly involved in providing guidance & advice to Governors, Head Teachers, and staff in schools on all legal issues. We have initially introduced this advisory service through a local group of the National Association of Head Teachers. However we are also able to provide this guidance to other practitioners in the education sector, including Education Consultants
As a result Patterson Glenton & Stracey take the responsibility of being the lawyer for those schools on issues including:
- General day to day advice on all legal issues
- Advise on the adoption and implementation of policies which are required by local & central government
- Help & advise on staff and parent issues, tribunal work, bullying issues, and inclusive policies
- Representation at Committee or Tribunal , whether involving staff or parents
- Associated education guidance from Aidan Consulting, (www.aidanconsulting.co.uk) a member of the Society of Education Consultants (www.sec.org.uk )
Patterson Glenton & Stracey organise regular seminars, and provide news bulletins to update existing education law clients on issues & remedies within the education climate
